Charlotte Warren

Charlotte Warren, M.A.Ed., M.S.W., is a social worker and an educator. She joined Moose Ridge Associates in 2023. Additionally, Charlotte is the owner and principal consultant for C Warren Consulting Services and an Adjunct Professor at the University of New England and Colby College.

Charlotte served four terms in the Maine House of Representatives. She served on the Legislature’s Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee for eight years - six as the House chair. Warren previously served on the Judiciary Committee and as the House chair of Maine’s Mental Health Working Group and of the Commission to Examine Reestablishing Parole. Before her time in the legislature, Charlotte served a combined twelve years as a Hallowell city councilor and City Mayor.

Charlotte earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UMF, a Master’s Degree in Education from USM, and a Master of Social Work (specializing in Organizational and Community Practice) degree from UNE. Charlotte lives in Hallowell with her best dog friend, Tank.
